1 General Terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and nnagad88 with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on nnagad88, a Player must register an account by providing accurate personal information including a valid mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on nnagad88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection, with balances subject to review.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and current. The Player is responsible for keeping their account details up to date. nnagad88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the identity, age, or payment details of any Player at any time. Failure to provide adequate verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2.2 Account Security

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. nnagad88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. Any activity conducted through a Player's account — whether or not authorised by the Player — is the Player's responsibility. If a Player suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify nnagad88 immediately by contacting support@nnagad88.

2.3 Account Transfer Prohibition

Accounts on nnagad88 are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow third parties to access their accounts. Any such activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure.

3 Age Restriction

nnagad88 is strictly an adult platform. Access to and use of the platform — including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, or any other interaction — is permitted only for individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while the account remains active.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Players must not use nnagad88 for any form of money laundering or financial crime. Any account found to be engaged in such activities will be permanently closed and all funds frozen.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• Each bonus offer is available to one Player per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each offer's terms.

Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.

5.3 VIP Programme

Eligible Players may be invited to participate in the nnagad88 VIP loyalty programme. VIP status and associated benefits — including faster withdrawals, exclusive bonuses, and dedicated account management — are awarded at the sole discretion of nnagad88 and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

6 User Obligations

By using nnagad88, the Player agrees to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes grounds for account suspension, closure, or other remedial action at the discretion of nnagad88.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nnagad88:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in the platform's software. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it immediately to support@nnagad88 and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or nnagad88 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the nnagad88 platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nnagad88 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information to nnagad88 at any time.

6.2 Player Responsibility

Players are responsible for all decisions made within their nnagad88 account, including all bets placed and all transactions initiated. nnagad88 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a Player's own gambling decisions. Players are strongly encouraged to set deposit limits and use responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

6.3 Technical Requirements

Players are responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to use nnagad88. The platform is not liable for any losses, failed transactions, or interrupted gameplay resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate technical infrastructure on their end.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

nnagad88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their nnagad88 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@nnagad88. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to standard game rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via support@nnagad88. Self-exclusion options include fixed periods (30 days, 90 days, 180 days) or indefinite exclusion. 7.3 Consequences of Closure Due to Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — nnagad88 reserves the right to:

• Forfeit all bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds.
• Withhold real-money balances pending investigation.
• Report the relevant activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.
• Permanently bar the individual from opening any future account on nnagad88.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nnagad88 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the nnagad88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made by the Player.
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond nnagad88's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by Player device malfunction or network failure.

8.1 Platform Availability

nnagad88 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or events beyond our control (including but not limited to network outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. nnagad88 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

8.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a proven game malfunction — where a game displays an incorrect outcome, a technical error causes an unintended result, or a bet cannot be settled correctly — nnagad88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. No claims for winnings that arise from a demonstrable game malfunction will be honoured. Malfunction voids all pays.

8.3 Indemnification

The Player agrees to indemnify and hold nnagad88, its partners, and service providers harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from the Player's violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or breach of any applicable law.

8.4 Changes to the Platform

nnagad88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, market, or service on the platform at any time without liability to the Player. This includes the addition or removal of payment methods, game providers, promotional programmes, or other platform services.
